Four of Candles (Anger)

Anger, irritability and frustration are common emotions during challenging times. You might be angry at yourself for failing to meet your own standards or angry at a manager, boss, partner or family member for putting unfair expectations on you. Maybe you are angry that you are overwhelmed and not getting the support you need or feel that everyone is against you. Feel those feelings, but also let them pass through you and let it go. Scream at the top of your lungs, smash something, run laps, etc just get it out. Learning to control anger is important to prevent lashing out at those who don’t deserve it. If you find yourself angry to the point where you may hurt someone, remove yourself from the situation immediately and cool off. Practice channelling anger into creative outlets like painting or music.
