tired your productivity usually declines or stops altogether. Often it is the amount of work you are expected to produce that causes exhaustion and the inability to be productive in the first place. Remember that you can’t work at optimum productivity all the time and to allow yourself rest periods where your output is lessened to conserve energy for when it really matters. Know that your value as a human is not reliant on your productivity and that taking breaks is crucial to maintaining well-being long term, so don’t skip them.
