IX - The Recluse (Housing)

Having stable and appropriate housing for yourself is critical for your mental and physical health. Stable meaning you can stay there securely without risk of being ousted by another party, and appropriate meaning it is safe, comfortable, and affordable. Poverty, availability, disability, and/or having to flee abuse can jeopardize housing for any individual. It is important to check in with yourself periodically to ensure your current housing meets your needs and strive for higher standards whenever possible. Being able to truly relax in the privacy of your own space is important. Do you feel secure in your current housing? Do you feel you are due an upgrade in conditions/space? Are you happy in the city or town you live in?
