Negativity is the expression of pessimist thought or critique of something. Negative thinkers tend to see the bad in everything and envision the worst possible scenarios. Constant pessimism can be very emotionally draining and is generally unproductive whereas approaching life with a positive attitude can better help you cope with the obstacles of daily life.
