 SHOP POLICIES  

Thank you so much for your interest in The Fox Tarot + the other items available in the online shop. To make sure you are happy with your purchase please take a moment to read through the shop policies prior to ordering so there are no surprises later. We all want to make online purchases with confidence and know that they will arrive when we need them to. If you have any questions that haven't been addressed below please use the form on the contact page to get in touch with me.

ORDERS

Orders placed during the week (Monday-Friday) ship out in 1-2 business days. If a delay is expected you will hear from me with the details.

Due to the Post Office hours of operation, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, packages will be shipped the next business day.

TAX

Orders placed within Canada will be charged 5% GST

Orders placed within British Columbia will also be charged 7% PST

SHIPPING

Shipping Rates:

CANADA: FREE shipping, tracking number provided when order is marked as fulfilled.

USA: FREE shipping, tracking number provided when order is marked as fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL: Because of the cost of international shipping, frequent delays and issues with customs/import fees I am not offering international shipping at this time. Sorry, friends!

All orders ship with Canada Post from the Gulf Islands.

Please ensure the mailing address on your account is current before placing an order. Postage labels are generated based on this address and the package will be returned to me if the information is incorrect. Returned packages cost me money to reclaim from the post office! They also cost money to re-send to corrected addresses!

IMPORTANT: If your package gets returned to me due to an error in your information or because you failed to pick it up from the post office I will have to charge you additional postage fees if you want your package resent. I am not responsible for packages that don't arrive due to the wrong address being provided and cannot provide refunds for lost orders.

I am not responsible for any import fees you may be charged through customs. I am also not responsible for packages returned to me because you did not pay the import fees.

RETURNS

All sales are final and returns are not accepted at this time.

If your order arrived damaged or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please contact me with as much information as possible. Thanks!

PREORDERS

When a product is sold out I have to order a reprint/new batch and it takes time for these processes to be complete. Tarot cards take about a month to be printed, painted and assembled, and another 4-6 weeks to ship to my studio (NOTE: 2022 supply chain delays have made the shipping process considerably slower, more like 2-3 months). Enamel pins take a few weeks to be manufactured and shipped. Printed fabric also takes a few days to be produced and another few weeks to be shipped to my studio, then I sew them by hand which also takes time.

I do my best to order these restocks in advance of them selling out but sometimes there is a period of time where I am out of stock. To allow customers to order up front and reserve an item from an upcoming shipment I modify the listings to show they are a PREORDER. Shipping estimates and printing information is noted at the very top of each listing. PLEASE NOTE THAT PREORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE PRODUCT IS FINISHED AND IN MY HANDS. Otherwise I have nothing to send! Be prepared to wait, but know that your item will get to you the second I am able to post it out.

Please READ THE LISTINGS CAREFULLY + double check that the item shows as IN STOCK if you need it by a specific date. I have to wait for restocked items just like everyone else, and try to be as communicative as possible about where we are in the waiting process. If you do not want to wait for a preorder to become available then please wait to make your purchase until after they have been restocked. Thanks so much for your patience!
