SHOP POLICIES

Effective date: January 1, 2023

1. Final Sales

All items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition please contact me as soon as you can with photos of the issue.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

All items are final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc).

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Orders shipping to the USA are subject to import duties that must be paid PRIOR to the shipment being sent. This is a requirement due to the 2025 removal of the de minimis exemption for shipments under $800 in value. All shipments now require duties be paid. 

  • A "Handling Fee" has been added to shipments going to the USA to cover these duties. If your order total requires duties that are not covered by this fee (large orders or orders with multiple items) an invoice will be sent for the additional duties prior to shipping. I've tried to streamline this process as best I can. 

 

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If a package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, I will do my best to help.

5. Changes to These Shop Policies


I may update these Shop Policies from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
